Winter Ski Season Hours: November 25, 2021 – April 16, 2022
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 11pm.
Pool & Hot Tub 3pm to 9pm.
Continental Breakfast is NOT being served, we believe it would not be safe at this time.
Airport Shuttle is available at no charge during business hours.
Guest requiring transportation to the Aspen Airport before 7am, must schedule the day prior to departure, for a $8 per person fee.
Spring Off-Season Hours: April 17 – May 26, 2022
Hotel is CLOSED for the Off-Season:
Office will be open Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Office is closed Saturday & Sunday.
Lobby is CLOSED.
Pool & Hot Tub CLOSED.
Continental Breakfast is NOT served.

Early Summer Season Hours: May 27 – June 16, 2022
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 9pm.
Front Desk and Lobby will be open every day.
Pool & Hot Tub 8am to 10pm.

Summer Season Hours: June 17 – October 15, 2022
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 11pm.

Fall Off-Season Hours: October 16 – November 23, 2022
Hotel is CLOSED for the Off-Season:

Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.
The Pokolodi Lodge does not have a private parking area for guests. All parking in Snowmass Village is Public Parking.
Guests may park in the numbered lots across the street from the hotel (Lots 1-5) with the exclusion of Lot 6 which is timed parking only.
Summer Season there is no fee for parking.
Winter Season requires a parking permit. The cost for parking in Lots 2-5 is $20 per day, subject to change.
There are no assigned parking spaces therefore all guest parking is first come first serve.
The Pokolodi Lodge is not responsible for any parking citations or damage or theft to vehicles contained within these lots.
WINTER DEPOSIT CANCELLATION POLICIES
11/25/2021 – 4/16/2022
*50% of total reservation due at time of booking.
*Full balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival
*If cancellation is received (30) days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be
issued. Cancellations received less than thirty (30) days notification, full forfeiture.
*Guests may change dates up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. If guest
change or shorten number of days reserved inside thirty (30) days, forfeiture unless
space is re-rented.
*Minimum night stay requirements may be enforced at time of booking or any date
changes.
*Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds will be given for unused
days resulting from late arrival or early departure.
SUMMER DEPOSIT CANCELLATION POLICIES
5/27/2022 – 10/15/2022
*1 night of reservation due at time of booking.
*Full balance is due seven (72) hours prior to arrival
*If cancellation is received (72) hours or more prior to arrival, a full refund of
deposit, no cancellation fee.
*Cancellations received less than seven (72) hours notification, full forfeiture.
*Guests may change dates up to 73 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. If guest
change or shorten number of days reserved inside (72) hours, full forfeiture.
*Minimum night stay requirements may be enforced at time of booking or any date
changes.
*Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds will be given for unused
days resulting from late arrival or early departure.
