Winter Ski Season Hours: November 26, 2020 – April 17, 2021
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 11pm.
Pool & Hot Tub 3pm to 9pm.
Continental Breakfast is not served this season.
Airport Shuttle is available at no charge during business hours.
Guest requiring transportation to the Aspen Airport before 7am, must schedule the day prior to departure, for a $5 per person fee.

Spring Off-Season Hours: April 18 – May 27, 2021
Front desk will be open from 8am to 4pm.
Front Desk will be open Monday – Friday.
Front Desk are closed Saturday & Sunday.
Lobby is CLOSED.
Pool & Hot Tub CLOSED.
Continental Breakfast is NOT served .
Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.

Early Summer Season Hours: May 28 – June 11, 2021
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 9pm.
Front Desk and Lobby will be open every day.
Pool & Hot Tub 8am to 10pm.
Continental Breakfast may or may NOT be served 7am to 9am.
Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.

Summer Season Hours: June 12 – September 11, 2021
Front desk & lobby will be open from 7am to 11pm.
Front Desk and Lobby will be open every day.
Pool & Hot Tub 8am to 10pm.
Continental Breakfast may or may NOT be served 7am to 9am.
Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.

Fall Season Hours: September 12 – October 16, 2021
Front desk & lobby; Sunday – Thursday 7am to 9pm.
Front desk & lobby; Friday and Saturday 7am to 11pm.
Pool & Hot Tub 8am to 10pm.
Continental Breakfast may or may NOT be served 7am to 9am.
Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.

Fall Off-Season Hours: October 17– November 24, 2021
Hotel is CLOSED for the Off-Season:
Reservations will be open from 8am to 4pm.
Lobby is CLOSED.
Pool & Hot Tub CLOSED.
Continental Breakfast is NOT served .
Airport Shuttle is NOT available during this time.

The Pokolodi Lodge does not have a private parking area for guests. All parking in Snowmass Village is Public Parking.
Guests may park in the numbered lots across the street from the hotel (Lots 1-5) with the exclusion of Lot 6 which is timed parking only.
Summer Season there is no fee for parking.
Winter Season requires a parking permit. The cost for parking in Lots 2-5 is $15 per day, subject to change.
There are no assigned parking spaces therefore all guest parking is first come first serve.
The Pokolodi Lodge is not responsible for any parking citations or damage or theft to vehicles contained within these lots.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

50% of total reservation due at time of booking.
Balance due thirty (14) days prior to arrival.
If cancellation is received (14) days or more prior to arrival, refund less $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than thirty (14) days notification; full forfeiture, unless space is re-rented, then $50 cancellation fee applies.
Guests may change dates, based on availability up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. If guest change or shorten amount of days reserved inside fourteen (14) days, full forfeiture unless space is re-rented.
Minimum night stay requirements may be enforced at time of booking or any date changes.
Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds will be given for unused days resulting from late arrival or early departure.

SUMMER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

1 night of lodging due at time of booking.
Balance due 72 hours prior to arrival.
If cancellation is received 72 hours or more prior to arrival, refund in full. Cancellations received less than 72 hour notification; $25 cancellation fee applies.
Guests may change dates up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. If guest changes or shortens amount of days reserved inside 72 hours, forfeiture unless space is re-rented.
